Questions
Is this a survey or a search?
No. Reports are information from public datasets. They are not a survey, valuation, flood search, conveyancing search or legal advice.
What if a dataset doesn't cover my address?
The report says so for that section rather than showing a zero. Some sources cover England only; we flag those for Welsh addresses.
Can I cancel?
Reports are delivered straight away. At checkout we ask you to agree to that, which means the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content no longer applies once your report is ready. If something goes wrong with a report, contact us and we'll put it right.
